# Everything you need to track your brand in AI search

Ask the questions your buyers ask. See what AI answers, who it names, and where the answers come from.

## Visibility

See the share of answers where your brand is mentioned, by engine and over time.

Visibility is the answers that name your brand divided by all valid answers. Failed calls, and searches where Google showed no AI answer, are left out and counted.

## Position

When you are named, see where you rank among the brands you track.

Named first is the share of answers that name you before any other tracked brand.

## Sentiment

See how AI describes you, with the sentence it was read from.

Scored from 0 to 100, where 50 is neutral. The positive, neutral and negative split is on the Overview.

## Competitors

See which brands AI names instead of you, and which questions pull them in.

Visibility, share of voice, position, sentiment and change for every brand you track, plus where competitors appear and you do not. Competitor suggestions come from AI answers and Google.

## Sources

Spot the websites AI relies on, and the ones that cite your competitors but not you.

Every cited website by type (your site, competitors, forums and social, editorial, reference, reviews and directories), with an Opportunities list.

## Verify the accuracy of AI claims

Add the facts about your brand. We flag answers that contradict them, with the exact quote.

Flagged answers are grouped when the same statement repeats. Mark each one reviewed or not an issue, and record why the engine got it wrong: your site states it, your site is silent, or another source says otherwise.

## What AI says about you

Questions that name your brand are tracked separately, so they never flatter your headline figures.

Branded questions stay out of headline figures and appear in a section of their own.

## Prompts

Add your own questions or let us suggest them from your site and keywords.

Paste a keyword export for suggestions. A coverage check flags thin topics, a high branded share, near-duplicates and leading questions. Tag prompts by topic or buying stage and choose how often each is asked.

## Searches the engines ran

See the searches an engine ran behind an answer, where the engine reports them.

## Daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly on every plan

Choose how often each question is asked, and which engines.

Daily questions can skip weekends. A watch list of starred prompts is re-checked weekly between full runs and shown on its own.

## Know when a change is real

AI answers vary, so every figure comes with a range from repeated asks.

Each question is asked 1, 2 or 3 times per engine (set in Advanced settings). A change is reported only when this run's range sits wholly above or below the last run's. If a vendor swaps the model behind an engine, the chart shows a dashed line and says "New model", so you are not misled.

## Reports

A one-page report you can print to PDF or share by link.

The summary is written from the numbers, with no AI-written claims. Share links last 7, 30 or 90 days and can be revoked. Export the data as CSV.

## Compare any period

Pick a date range and see how it compares with the period before.
